This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered by marixxnails. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Order Processing
All orders are processed after payment is received and cleared.
Processing times vary by product type:

Original Nail Sets: 2–4 business days

Custom Nail Sets: 4–7 business days
Processing time does not include shipping time. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Shipping time begins once your order has completed processing and has been handed to the carrier.
Estimated delivery times (not guaranteed)
Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, customs processing, or holidays.
Domestic & International Shipping
marixxnails offers both domestic and international shipping.
International delivery times vary by destination and carrier and may be affected by customs inspections, duties, or taxes. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs fees, duties, or import taxes required by their country.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Tracking updates are provided by the carrier and may take up to 24–48 hours to reflect movement.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package is handed to the carrier, marixxnails is not responsible for delivery delays, loss, or carrier errors.
If your tracking shows delays or your package appears lost:

Contact the carrier directly using your tracking number
Orders confirmed as lost or delayed by the carrier are not eligible for refunds or replacements.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
marixxnails is not responsible for:

Packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer

Delays or loss caused by address errors
Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require additional shipping fees to be resent.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged:

Contact marixxnails within 48 hours of delivery

Provide clear photo proof of the damage and packaging
Approved claims will receive a replacement of the same item. Refunds are not offered for shipping damage.
Shipping Delays
Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Shipping delays do not qualify for refunds, cancellations, or replacements.
