How does the custom nail order process work?

To make sure your set comes out exactly right, custom orders follow a simple multi-step process:

Step 1 — Quick Design Check Form
Submit your idea so I can confirm the design is something I can create. You can upload inspo pics and give a short description.

Step 2 — $25 Deposit
Once your design is approved, you’ll receive a link to pay your deposit. This officially starts your order.

Step 3 — Final Details Form
After paying the deposit, you’ll fill out a full form with your nail length, shape, sizing, and any final notes.

Step 4 — Final Invoice
Based on your design, I’ll send your final total. Once it’s paid, I start creating your custom set.

Step 5 — Production
Custom orders take 4-7 business days after all details are submitted and payment is completed.

Some specialty elements may require an additional quote.
