How does the custom nail order process work?

To make sure your set comes out exactly right, custom orders follow a simple multi-step process:

Step 1 — Send Your Design
Start by sending your nail inspo to @marixx.nails on IG using the Custom Order DM Format

Nail Size (or sizing kit needed):
Design/Inspo Photo (required):
Color Preferences (if any):

Step 2 — Consultation
Once your message is sent, I will review your request and either confirm the details or reach out if we need to go more in-depth about your design. 

Step 3 — Payment

After the consultation, you will receive a link for payment. The link will correspond to the tier level of your custom nail set.

• Full payment is required to begin your set
• Orders will not be started until payment is received

Step 4 — Production
Custom orders take 4-7 business days after all details are submitted and payment is completed.
