Are the nails reusable?
Indeed. However, two key considerations may come into play: the duration of wear and the condition post-removal. Post removal, delicately polish the nail's surface to eliminate any lingering residues. This process will restore the nails for reapplication.
What comes in the package?
Upon purchasing a set of nails, your package will include: a nail buffer, a cuticle pusher, nail file, a mini nail glue, sticky tabs, an alcohol wipe, and a mini cuticle oil.
Do you ship internationally?

What do I do if my package is lost?
Once the carrier has the package, marixxnails no longer has control. If the details were accurate, reach out to the local postal service in charge of delivery.
How do I figure out my nail sizes?
Please refer to the Sizing page to determine your correct nail size.
What should I do if then standard sizes do not fit my nails?
If none of the standard sizes fit your nail, please select "custom" and leave your measurements in the instructions box that is on the checkout page. Please place the sizes in the following order: Thumb, Index, Middle, Ring, Pinky. If both of your hands have different sizes, please list the left hand first and underneath the right hand.

Do you accept exchanges and or refunds?
As all nail sets are custom-made and for hygiene purposes, exchanges are not possible. All purchases are irreversible, thus, kindly verify your order and nail sizes prior to purchase.
Should your packaged items arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect due to quality issues, kindly file a claim within 10 days of package receipt.
How long does it take to process and ship my order?
It takes about 4-5 business days for your order to processed for shipping. Please understand I only have a set of hands to make, process, and ship orders.
How long are shipping times?
It all depends on the location and shipping method chosen at checkout. It also depends on any weather delays, holidays, and business hours of the carrier.
