Are the nails reusable?

Yes! Press-on nails can be reused depending on how long they were worn and how gently they are removed. After removal, lightly buff the underside of each nail to remove glue residue. This helps restore a smooth surface for reapplication.

What comes in the package?

Each nail set includes:

• 10 handmade press-on nails

Do you ship internationally?

For this launch, I am currently accepting U.S. orders only. This allows me to maintain smooth processing and fulfillment. International shipping will return in the future.

What happens if my package is lost or delayed?

Once a package is handed to the carrier, marixxnails no longer has control over delivery.

• If your tracking shows delays or your package appears lost:
  • Please contact your local postal service using your tracking number.

How do I figure out my nail sizes?

You have two options:

• Order a Sizing Kit in your preferred shape and length
• Visit the Sizing Page for a step-by-step guide on how to measure your nails

What if standard sizes do not fit my nails?

Select Custom Size and include your measurements in the Special Instructions box at checkout.

Please list nail sizes in this order:
Thumb – Index – Middle – Ring – Pinky

If your hands differ, list them separately.

Example:
Left: 1 – 4.5 – 3 – 4 – 7
Right: 1 – 4.5 – 3 – 5 – 7

Do You Accept Exchanges or Refunds? 

• Original Designs
  All original nail sets are final sale to ensure hygiene and quality.
  Refunds are not offered.

If your set arrives damaged during shipping or an incorrect item is sent, contact marixxnails within 48 hours of delivery and include photos. A replacement may be provided.

• Custom Designs
  A $25 non-refundable deposit is required to begin all custom nail orders.
  The deposit is applied toward your total and secures your spot in my schedule.
  Remaining balance is due before your set is started.
  

Any design adjustments will be discussed before invoicing to ensure your set is exactly how you want it.

How long does it take to process and ship my order?

Processing times vary by design type:

• Original Designs: 2–4 business days
• Custom Designs: 4–7 business days

(Weekends and holidays are not included.)
Shipping time begins once your order is complete.

Why do Custom Designs take longer?

Custom sets require additional steps, including reviewing inspo photos, planning the layout, selecting colors, and refining the design. This creative process naturally extends production time.

Why is my final price different from the tier price?

Tier pricing reflects the starting price based on design complexity and includes standard materials.

If a design requires specialty or non-standard materials — such as premium charms, extensive 3D elements, or client-requested materials — an additional fee may apply.

Any adjustments are communicated clearly before production begins and are reflected in the final invoice.

How long is shipping?

Shipping time depends on your location, selected shipping method, carrier delays, weather, and holidays.

Examples:

• Economy: 5–8 business days
• Standard: 3–4 business days
